BoJangles has been donning the greasepaint since 1998, when he was called to assist in the forming of what is now called St. Paschals Rascals Clown Ministry. From that April 8th afternoon in 1998 until now Bo has touched the hearts of thousands of people.
For the past 8 years he has personally trained and directed hundreds of children as well as adults in the “Art of Clowning”. Most of the lessons taught he has learned from many, many wonderful clowns such as Buttons, MamaClown, Winnie, Rufus D. Dufus, Priscilla Mooseburger, BooBoo, Yappy, Bubba, Flower and many, many more.
BoJangles has an array of skills that can really keep an event entertaining such as:
Balloon Sculpting up to around 40-50 type of creations (Spiderman, Pooh, Elmo, monkeys in a tree, fishes on a pole, ladybugs to elephants & much more)
Face Painting is pretty cool too, full face or cheek/hand drawings.
He also has a really funny interactive “CLOWNAGIC” show, with magical appearing & disappearing objects, creating fresh popcorn, and an amazing talking marker board. He is amazingly ZANY !!!
Let’s not forget his name taken from the down and out dancer Mr. Bojangles. He is always waiting to show you one of his dances. He LOVES busting a move, or cutting the rug, or shaking his groove thang. Just be careful - he is always looking for a dance partner.
Bo’s motto is “Dance like nobody is watching.” And he does.
